COURSE FLOW

Week 1 – The What

Here we learn the difference between habits, rituals and ceremonies, learn to identify where we are already practicing sacredness in our lives, and areas where we may feel disconnected. Our embodiment exercises will build from guided to self-led, and some will focus on a concept. We will introduce the homework to practice at home

Week 2 – The Why

This week we will dive into emotions, feelings and embodiment, historical importance of ceremony, power in the modern world, and start to nerd out on some neuroscience regarding disassociation and the nervous system. Our embodiment exercises will focus on an emotion and grounding in our current environments.

Week 3 – The Where

We will discover how to decide where to physically do our work, and how to set our own internal space. We will learn how sequences honour the intentionality of sacred work. Our embodiment exercises will focus on centering at and expanding from our heart, as well as how to direct this loving energy inwards.

Week 4 – The with Whom

The purpose and power of groups and collectives as well as private ceremonies will be discussed in this class. More fun science here about the Social Nervous System, co-regulating, the Jungian theory of collective unconscious, fight flight, and freeze, the role of the witness, and the importance of play. Our embodiment exercises will focus on specific breathing for both an activated and a hibernating nervous system as well as when working in groups.

Week 5 – The How

We go through epigenetics, ancestral patterns, meaning making that is personal to you, and go over the Internal Journalism homework for your break week. We’ll also cover elements, intentions, trauma cycles as incomplete rites, DNA, witch kits, and our Embodiment exercises will be about integration.

WHY CEREMONY MATTERS

In 21st-century culture, we've lost meaningful rituals.

We have ceremony for the big socially recognized transitions like graduations, weddings, funerals. But NO ceremonies for:

Divorce or relationship endings
Miscarriage or pregnancy loss
Job loss or career transitions
Recovery from trauma or abuse
Coming out or identity shifts

WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE

I come from a multi-generational line of intuitive, creatives, and spiritual practitioners but I never was able to learn from them. Due to a rift in the lineage generations ago, practitioners like me became carriers of their potential without an outlet for their expression.

The teachings that should have been passed down were lost.

When I went searching for what was lost, I found spirituality, but not lineage. Everything was diluted, bypassing, surface-level. "Love and light" without space for the rage. Forgiveness without reckoning. Rituals that looked pretty but didn't transform anything.

I had to rebuild my own lineage from scratch with Shamanic practice, Somatic trauma work. Ancestral clearing, Shadow integration and Ceremony that doesn't skip the hard parts.

This is the course I wish had existed and that I desperately needed 15 years ago when I was starting out. It’s embodied, shadow-honoring, lineage-rooted practice that doesn't pretend healing is all bliss and gratitude.
