Most scientists ( and a kajillion % of pet owners) agree that animals are conscious beings that experience varying degrees of emotional responses. So, it’s no wonder your fur babies (or winged or scaled babies!) “just get you,” they know exactly how to comfort you or pull you out of a bad mood with play or silly heart-breaking cuteness. And you as an owner (or as mum /dad /confidant /wingman /boss /best roomie ever) are the first to admit that your love for your pet is unrivaled, sometimes even greater than your love for other people … (especially SOME people!). You would do ANYTHING for them, and vice versa! Pets are good for our wellbeing and often they LOVE to be of service. It is no wonder that Rescue and Service Animals, Emotional Support and Comfort Animals come in many shapes, sizes, colours and personalities. But, And it’s a big but, It’s a huge responsibility and just like anyone else working with people and their hardships, this can take a toll on our sensitive pets too. Also, pet owners’ egos aside, our pets DO have their own life experiences, their own stress and trauma – you know, cars, other animals, losing their ball in the park, the jerk squirrel taunting from next door. This is especially true of rescue animals. Working with animals is a little different than humans but the goal to obtain balance by returning lost soul parts /lost power /energy or for communication purposes is very similar. Your pet need not be in a deeply relaxed state, or even present in the room, just like with human clients, as this work can be done virtually. This is Sr. Chico, a former abandoned street dog from the Amazon jungle. For the last 7 years, he’s been living the good life of unconditional love, toys, and Mum’s home cooking. He also helps in-person clients who also had a hard life manage their unhealed trauma. He’s old so he begrudgingly maintains a minimal Instagram presence at: @cutechicorico

Circumstances can be beyond our control! We honour that life happens! We understand situations arise when you may need to make changes prior to your scheduled booking, and advance notice, when possible, helps us immensely. We try to be as flexible as possible in accommodating our clients’ schedule changes. However, as we set limits on the number of clients seen at any given time, and as appointments and courses are booked on a first-come first-served basis, late schedule changes can result in inconvenience for all parties, and prevent the scheduling of other clients during that timeslot. Also, because our goal is to provide quality individualized care in a timely manner, the care and preparation we’ve taken in preparing for your session could have been prevented from being needlessly spent. Rebooking: We can facilitate changes up to 48 hours in advance of your booked appointment. You may reschedule for a future session with that session already paid in full for up to three months after your original booking date - no problem. Cancellations Without Rebooking: Those made within 72 hours of your scheduled booking will receive a full refund. * Those made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund. * Those made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will receive no refund. *Less any processing fees that may be charged from our provider for reversing payment. Lateness: We want you to you to receive the full benefits of your session, so please arrive on time. At our discretion, we will decide if there is adequate time left in your appointment to complete it without affecting quality of service. Typically, a lateness of 25 minutes or more is detrimental to any session and unfortunately will be determined as a same-day cancellation and will receive no refund.
